Since is offering non-tangible services, we do not issue refunds once the order is processed and you become a subscriber. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing our services. We do however, allow you to cancel your service at any time for any reason.  Upon cancellation, your monthly billing will be terminated on the first day of the month following cancellation.

With our Level 3 (evaluation service) we do not issue refunds for the initial evaluation and first year of service once we receive your game film, and completed questionnaire for us to begin our evaluation.  Buyer understands that once we receive your completed worksheet and film that we have a significant amount of labor that goes into generating our evaluation.  Also, buyer expressly acknowledges that we are creating an independent evaluation.  You are not paying us to rate you or your son at a given level.  You are paying for our independent and objective evaluation of the player, and you acknowledge that our opinion of the player may differ from yours, and that an evaluation that is not consistent with your view of the player is not cause for a refund.

We allow you to request a refund at any time prior to us beginning work on the player evaluation, and we will notify you once we commence the evaluation process.  At this point, no refunds will be offered.  We realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

If during the evaluation process we believe that the player has no realistic to play college basketball at any level, we will notify you of such and promptly issue a refund.  Also, if you fail to supply us with the information necessary to complete our evaluation, we reserve the right to terminate your service and issue you a refund.
